Is there a way to get Index-Manager to accept a semicolon as a literal character in an entry, rather than as indicating a forced sort order?
Thanks, Wendy
Hi Wendy Did you ever find out how to do this? I’m sure there is a way but I wasn’t able to find it and still cannot. Jan
Hi Jan,
Yes, Katharina told me to use \;
I had tried this, and thought it didn’t work because the index preview seems to still treat it as a sort instruction. But it does come out right in the Word index!
