I produced an index the other day, exporting from Index Manager in the usual way. In the Word file, to my surprise, the sub-sub entries appeared in Calibri font whereas the main entries and the sub-entries are in Times New Roman. I have been trying to change the font for the sub-sub entries, but so far I have been unsuccessful. Could anyone please advise me how to do this? It is not a huge problem, but it looks really awful!

    Thanks,

    Caroline

Try this: I hope I translated the Word commands correctly: In Word under references, tab Index-> Insert Index-> opens an index dialog, click on the button “change…” in the bottom right corner. -> in the next dialog play around with index 1, index 2…then you can set fonts. Is it possible that someone has changed the style sheets for this document?
    Hope it helps
