Description
With the Index Manager extension Index-Transfer, index entries from one document file can be transferred to another document version in a different file format, e.g. from a Microsoft Word file to an Adobe InDesign file. This function is very helpful for publishers if the index is created in Word and production is to begin in parallel with the layout, or if the index has simply been forgotten and is subsequently to be transferred into the finished layout document.
